Making something meant to be kept for years comes with a responsibility to make it well.

In the vineyard

We work with growers in Goriška Brda who farm with minimal intervention, protecting the soil and biodiversity that give our wines their character.

In the cellar

Our sound-ageing rack runs on low-voltage controllers, and we’re steadily moving our cellar toward renewable power.

Packaging

We use recyclable glass, plastic-free crates and FSC-certified print. Our gift boxes are designed to be reused, not thrown away.
