Measurable. Tasteable. Yours.
Sound-aged bottles consistently show finer bead, longer mousse retention and softer acidity in blind tastings. Sensory panels score them 8–14% higher on “depth” and “balance” versus matched controls — and every bottle ships with its own lab card.
What the panels found
In blind tastings against matched-control bottles, sound-aged cuvées were rated consistently higher for mouthfeel and balance. Tasters described a finer, more persistent bead and a rounder mid-palate — the kind of difference you notice without being told to look for it.
The numbers
Across our 2024 panel (n=60), sound-aged bottles scored +8% on depth and +14% on balance, with a top-decile aggregate score of 88. Bead quality — measured as bubble size and mousse retention — improved by roughly 22%.
Your own lab card
Every VYNE+ bottle ships with a card summarising its ageing cycle and the sound it was matched to. The proof isn’t a marketing line — it’s in the glass, and it’s documented.
