The composer, in the glass

VYNE+ Bach Cello Suite aged white wine

This edition is aged to Bach's Cello Suite No. 1 — the unbroken, meditative line of the prelude, played through the tank for the full window. The result is a white with the same depth as the music: a warm, layered opening, stone fruit and hazelnut through the middle, and a long, contemplative finish.

It is the exact bottle that opens the VYNE+ subscription year. Premade in a single cellar run — not personalized — so what you taste is precisely what the sound produced. Same grapes, same yeast, measurably different bottle.

01 · Nose

Ripe peach and apricot, with toasted hazelnut, honey and a hint of vanilla oak.

02 · Palate

Rounded and layered — stone fruit over a soft, barrel-rested body and gentle spice.

03 · Finish

Warm and lingering, unspooling like the prelude — nutty, deep and slow.
