Shipping & returns

Everything we make is shipped with care, tracked door to door.

Shipping

We ship across the EU. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days; personalized and configured bottles are dispatched within 3 working days of production. Shipping is included on most editions — any exceptions are shown clearly at checkout.

Returns

Because personalized bottles are made to order, they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Non-personalized bottles can be returned unopened within 14 days.
